The Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas

How could the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas be complete without its own version of the Eiffel Tower? And the Eiffel Tower it's got! Standing at 540 feet, the Paris Hotel's Eiffel Tower is a bit more than half the size of the original (the original is 986 feet tall), and took 10 million pounds of steel and 2 years to build.

A 340 feet per minute ride in a glass elevator will bring you to the top observation deck located 460 feet from the tower's base. The Paris Hotel's Eiffel Tower deck is only about half as high as the Stratosphere observation deck, but its center Strip location contributes to a spectacular view, especially at night. The Tower also provides a great view of the Bellagio Fountains, which are just across the street from the Paris Hotel and Casino.

To go to the top observation deck you will need to buy a ticket, and you'll then be given a time to report to the elevator line. Since there is only enough space at the observation deck for less than a hundred, and people are allowed to stay up on the deck as long as they'd like, elevator waiting times may vary. The total waiting time, i.e. to buy the ticket and go up the elevator, can at times be up to about an hour.

If the lines are long, you can take a separate elevator to the restaurant at the tower's 11^th floor. Sitting at a table requires a reservation but handing out at the bar does not. Either case, you must be nicely dressed, or they'll throw you out of the restaurant.
